Hotel dobry , pokoje czyste, jedzenie znośne-masówka i recykling, podstawowe owoce, lody, ciasta. Miasto Puerto de la Cruz zbyt duże, dookoła bloki wielkie hotele ulice pełne samochodów, hałas i smród spalin. Plaże brzydkie czarne wulkaniczne, potworne korki, marne atrakcje, ceny wysokie. Południowa Teneryfa jeszcze brzydsza niż Północna. Wycieczka fakultatywna na La Gomerę nie warta ceny. Wąwóz Masca - mocno przereklamowany, tłumy ludzi i samochodów.

Lokalizacja świetna jeśli chcesz aktywnie spędzić pobyt , jednocześnie cisza i spokój jeśli szukasz relaksu. jedzenie bardzo dobre co dwa dni zmiana menu . Pokoje na piątym piętrze z widokiem na ocean piękne. 10 minut spacerem do centrum dużo knajpek sklepów i widoki. Bardzo niskie ceny na Teneryfie. Przez 8 dni zwiedzona prawie cała południowa Teneryfa oczekujemy na przyszły rok by zwiedzić północną część. Cały personel hotelu bardo miły i pomocny

Widok ze wspólnego tarasiku. Bardzo dobre wifi. Duża kuchnia. Duża, czysta wspólna przestrzeń. Teneryfa jest górzystą wyspą, i aby dostać się do hostelu należy pokonać schody. Ale bardzo dobre położenie, blisko plaż, promenady, sklepów, knjp i innych atrakcji. Za ręczniki trzeba było zapłacić 2 euro za ręcznik za pobyt. Można go było wymieniać co 3 dni w tej cenie (bez dopłaty).

Wyposażenie obiektu we wszelkie udogodnienia. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką Robertą, wystrój apartamentu, lokalizacja. Mimo że są to kompleksy apartamentowców było bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Podróż z lotniska Teneryfa Południe to około 20 minut - autostradą zjazd nr 69 na Las Galletas. Bardzo dziękujemy Robercie za pobyt w jej apartamencie i polecam.

Teneryfa jest najpiękniejszym miejscem w jakim byłem. Widok z okna apartamentu po prostu nie dawał spać. Mieszkając w nim chce się wstawać razem ze słońcem a później do późnych godzin obserwować zatokę. Przepiękny widok

Everything about the hotel was great: the room, the food as well as all the other amenities offered. Definitely a must-do if you are visiting Teide.

Nice room, very clean, nice smell, amazing breakfast, nice hotel pools areas.

There is nothing we didn't like. Staff is super welcoming and accommodating, and there was nothing they couldn't arrange (from tennis coach to day trips and nannies). The hotel is beautiful with amazing gardens, pools, and many restaurants to choose from. The beach club (also because of Luis and Javier) was the best for lunch. The kids club is amazing with tons of things to do for the little ones. Especially Gemma was a superstar with the kids; our son kept asking to go back to her. We also enjoyed the spa and tennis court. The whole property was super taken care of and well maintained.

The hotel is composed of different apartments which are fully equipped with all sort of things for cooking, sleeping and showering. The staff is very kind, professional, friendly and attentive. They also suggested us what to visit and helped us to book a car to visit the island. If you love quiet is the perfect place but if you want restaurants, surf schools, supermarkets or clubs you can find everything just outside. I recommend to include the breakfast as the choice of food is very wide and you’ll fall in love with the freshly made omelette! I’ll be staying there if I come back to Tenerife, the island of never ending summer!

The facility is located in a perfect location, 20 minutes from the city center and beautiful beaches. A great opportunity to take a walk after breakfast or lunch. There are parking spaces everywhere, that's what worried us the most. There are large parking lots by the beaches that are free. From the building on two sides there are beautiful botanical gardens and stairs A.C. The staff is friendly, our rooms are cleaned every day. Cleaning is included in the price. The cleaning ladies regularly changed towels and made our beds. That thrilled me. The swimming pool is also part of the building. Recommendations and we will certainly return to the same facility.

Breakfast was really good, facilities for kids was great. We loved that the pool was heated. Staff was really friendly :)

Amazingly resonable price for half-board, plus unlimited drinks(even beer) in dinner only paying 3 Euros. Breakfast and dinner buffets were so nice: delicious and a lot of variety of foods to choose, and main dish in dinner was always different everyday

The location and facilities. Just a beautiful resort overall. Perfect for our honeymoon destination.

So quiet and peaceful! Lots of spots for lounging by the pool. Reception staff was very friendly, there was a mistake with how much I was charged and I was going to bring it up and checkout but they actually called me to fix it because they noticed it without me saying anything. Bus stop near by for airport transportation. Lots of little restaurants nearby.

After reading so many bad reviews about Los Olivos we were worried about this place. But it EXEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS and it was a pleasent surprise! Everything was perfect! First of all the check in was at 03.00 pm but they gave us the room earlier without extra charges, that was realy nice after such a long trip we were exhausted, after that we enjoyed free welcoming drinks at Margaritas rooftop. The room was large and bright, all the facilities we needed were already in the room. The location was perfect- close to the beach and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable, the room was super clean and there was a large balcony, qute place for a good night rest. We were stayng only 1 nigt but we made a reservation for another 3 nights! See you soon Los Olivos :)

Bardzo wygodna forma zamówienia śniadania do pokoju. Codzienne sprzątanie. Podgrzewana woda w basenie. Miła i kameralna atmosfera całego obiektu mimo, iż nie jest mały. Piękna panorama Costa Adeje niemal z każdego miejsca w obiekcie . Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia .

Bardzo fajny hotel pod dzieci, dobre śniadania i posiłki all, dla dzieci piana party w basenie, wizualizacje wyświetlane wieczorem na zamku, prawdziwe show w teatrze, klimatyzowanym(trzeba zarezerwowac bilet w aplikacji lub recepcji, bezplatne wejscie), podgrzewane baseny w lutym, sklepik w hotelu i klika przed nim(pamiatki, slodycze,apteka), codziennie wystep przy muzyce na zywo, sala gier dla dzieci
